Create an Apple TV Version for the Organizer

Expand the Presentation Room ecosystem by introducing an Apple TV version for the Organizer role. Currently, Presentation Room is tailored for iPad and Mac users, bypassing the potential of Apple TV—a device frequently used in corporate and educational settings. While many of these organizations use Apple TV mainly for AirPlay mirroring, its capabilities are often underutilized.

Integrate the ability to present directly from the Organizer role, offering more flexibility and control during meetings. Currently, the Organizer role is limited to managing meetings and does not have the capability to present directly. However, we've observed scenarios where the Organizer may also need to switch to a presenting role seamlessly, without the need for workarounds.

Add a feature that lets users choose how many devices can sync at the same time in the Presentation app's settings. This will help make the app work better when using a lot of documents or many devices by letting users adjust the sync limit themselves. This change aims to make the app more stable and easier to use, especially when it's being used heavily.

Add option to connect using QR code.

In some enterprise settings, the Wi-Fi networks have restrictions that disable Bonjour services, which are typically used for auto-connecting devices. This results in attendees having to manually input a PIN code every time they wish to connect their iPads to the presentation, which can be both time-consuming and annoying. A QR code feature would offer a simple, fast, and straightforward way to connect devices. Instead of manually inputting a PIN code, attendees could simply scan a QR code displayed on the presenter's screen to instantly join the presentation.
