Currently, Presentation Room is tailored for iPad and Mac users, bypassing the potential of Apple TV—a device frequently used in corporate and educational settings. While many of these organizations use Apple TV mainly for AirPlay mirroring, its capabilities are often underutilized.

In some enterprise settings, the Wi-Fi networks have restrictions that disable Bonjour services, which are typically used for auto-connecting devices. This results in attendees having to manually input a PIN code every time they wish to connect their iPads to the presentation, which can be both time-consuming and annoying. A QR code feature would offer a simple, fast, and straightforward way to connect devices. Instead of manually inputting a PIN code, attendees could simply scan a QR code displayed on the presenter's screen to instantly join the presentation.
