Refactor Annotation and Whiteboard UI

Streamline and simplify the Annotation/Whiteboard user interface to improve user experience.

Our current Annotation and Whiteboard features, while functional, have presented challenges to users in terms of usability. The interface isn't as intuitive as we would like, leading to confusion and less efficient use of these powerful tools.
